Niche is a small part of a small part. I can explain with a simple example - there is a Cake you cut it in 4 parts and you get 1/4th of it and more people come in, further the 1/4 is divided into more smaller part. Just imagine you will get such a small amount of cake and obviously that piece of cake is not enough for you.

I think no one has ever mentioned the Kaizen Principle in Blogging till now. And I think its very important that every blogger must understand and should apply this principle.
    What is Kaizen ?                                                                           
Kaizen is a Japanese Word which means "Good change". But it is more consider as Good Improvements. It is a principal which promotes the importance of quality and continuous improvement in business and organisations. When I heard & read about it, it amazed me and it gave me an idea that principal can be applied in blogging as many things in blogging are same as in business.

Many bloggers are always searching for tricks and tips to write a good blog post. They even try spreading their blog links every where on social networking website, go and comment on others blog and add your link there etc. All this attempts are good but they forget the basic important things which are necessary for a blog post. Here I have listed those things which are necessary for each and every blog post.
And if you are one of them then you might need to start working on it to improve. If you see post were bloggers say " Content is King " which is true, they mean to say that all your content in your post should be good, the best you can write. Lets see to it.

Create free PDF files

As a blogger I also create some documents and notes on various topics and I want that it to be the same I don't want anyone to copy it or edit it. I want it to simple, abit professional and easy to read and carry.

For all these Reason I found out PDF files as the best option. PDF files are simple to use, standard all over the world, cannot be edited , works on nearly all platform such as pc, laptops, tablets pc, smartphone etc. Even it supports images . And it works with browsers too so it can be uploaded on internet even and view it online. So there are a lots of advantages of PDF files.

But creating PDF( Portable Document Format ) is not as easy. I have seen many application which helps to convert word document in PDF. Similarly have checked that creating PDF online is free and quick but there is one thing in all of them. The applications puts a watermark on the word document. Which is so not so cool. And who wants others watermark on your document. It looks so bad.And I hate it.

The thing is that all blogging site which I have mention are good as per the user. Hence they have survived and earn such a name in the blogging world.
