Well the world is developing at a very faster rate, if we go
back and see the social condition back there females were considered to be
working at homes, raising children, cooking, cleaning etc. Even they were not
allowed to vote. But the things changed they got all rights which a male has
and now you can see females and males together at proper equal level. Now
teachers, doctors, manager, police officers, CEO a place where males were been
considered appropriate are now been managed by females more efficiently. This
change is like 30 or 40 years old started.
